Artur and Marek Wegeil fitted three bathrooms at my home, installing them concurrently
while we were living in the house.
From the beginning they were clean, polite and professional. Nothing was too much to ask
and they worked fast and efficiently. In the middle of the job the first coronavirus lockdown
happened, they didn’t complain and stopped the work when we asked. As soon as the
lockdown was lifted they returned and worked just as hard to get the job finished.
The finish in all of the bathrooms is first class. Artur and Marek installed sanitary products
including walk in showers and an expensive bath to an exacting standard.
After the work was over Artur and Marek were more than ready to deal with snagging
quickly and efficiently. Artur even returned to help us when we didn’t understand how to
use the shower.
I can’t recommend Art Craft Design highly enough. A really great job.

I am writing with reference to the bathroom renovation you carried out at our property in January/February 2020.

The renovation entailed (1) gutting the bathroom completely; (2) re-plumbing; (3) fitting underfloor heating; (4) re-tiling; (5) creating a new wet room and (6) fitting new sanitary ware as well as co-ordinating with other teams including electricians and window fitters.

We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom. You were punctual, worked hard and had a clear plan on how you were going to execute the job. Where appropriate, you asked us for instructions and otherwise worked independently with close attention to detail and ensured a high standard.

You identified some small snags and fixed those without prompting.

I would have no hesitation in recommending you to others for bathroom renovations along similar lines.

We can’t recommend Artur & Marek of Art & Craft design highly enough. We have used many tradesman over the 26 years of living in our property and Artur & Marek are up there as one of the best. We knew with this bathroom refurbishment that we would be stripping it right back and starting again to achieve the bathroom we had always wanted.

Artur & Marek were always punctual and the quality of their work is second to none. Nothing fazed them whether it was carrying the 120 x 260cm tiles up the narrow staircase of a Georgian townhouse or cutting into these very thin tiles for the first time.

As the photos below show we have achieved the bathroom we wanted which suits the house but also has the WOW factor. This is the most common reaction we get when friends & family see it for the first time.
